About me...
In late 2020, after dipping my toe in the self employed waters, I decided to go full time self employed as a Tech VA.
Prior to going self employed, I had 20 years experience as a professional support administrator in higher education, setting up websites, databases and reviewing processes, identifying weak points and implementing solutions.
If I could find a way to automate something I would do it.

I have experience of writing and delivering training courses supporting people to use tech, both online and in person. I really enjoy teaching and helping people.
I am co-founder of Progress To Profit, a company set up to support small business owners to make their business more profitable.
I am also a creative business owner (I make fused glass from my studio at my home in York - Boleyn Art).

As a Tech VA I have supported several business owners to launch successfully, with a particular focus on setting up their marketing and sales funnel, automated email system or setting up the tech to sell their online courses and memberships.
